Old School Workouts That Still Work

Are you looking for body building exercises that'll give you the mass you want?

If your like most people, you're probably looking for the "newest" or "most popular" type of workouts to help you grow in size and strength.

Don't look no further. Although the exercises that I'm about to list are considered old school, don't be fooled. These workouts will kick your butt!

Especially when combined with the right supplements such as products from Crazybulk.

D-Bal (Dianabol) is my favourite. Because is work like Dbol but more safer.

Let's take a look..

I firmly believe that the following bodybuilder exercises are by far, the greatest workouts of all time.

Old School Body Building Exercises That Will Never Die

Hands down, these are the most effective muscle building exercises out there. It's nothing new, revolutionary or fancy.

Just old school style - hardcore - compound workouts.

The Deadlift

The deadlift is one of the very few exercises only a true bodybuilder will LOVE.

And it is also one of the workouts that the "wanna-be's" absolutely "hate".

The reason is because this workout hurts like hell. If you've ever done, or attempted to do heavy deadlifts you'll understand what I mean.

Because of this, it's one of the few body building exercises that workouts your lower back to the fullest, it is also one of the best workouts you can perform.

And definitely one you should not ignore.

Most people may hate this workout, but if you do them religiously you'll be thankful for the results you get, trust me.

The Squat

The squat is another gruesome workout. The squat will definitely leave you sweating bullets, and possibly run to the nearest trashcan - to vomit.

It's that brutal.

That's because its so damn effective. The squat is by far, the best leg workout you can perform. It targets the three largest muscle groups: quads, hamstrings, and lower back.

It is often suggested by some experts that the squat is a dangerous exercise that may lead to knee problems.

But if you ask any seasoned bodybuilder, you'll discover that many of them never develop any problems of the knee.

A common result of this injury is due to bad form and technique. If you got your form down, you have nothing to worry about.

The Bench Press

The bench press is one of the most popular bodybuilder exercises of all time.

It's iconic to the sport of bodybuilding, just like Crazy Bulk product.

The main reason for its popularity, is because it's one seriously effective workout for chest development.

This exercise tends to also be the most talked about, you often hear questions like "How Much Can You Bench Press?"

The amount of your bench is not all that important. It's just bragging rights..

The Bent Over Row

The bent over rows has also been around the bodybuilding atmosphere for many years.

It this termed to be the perfect workout for the back. But you should be extremely careful if you choose to do this workout.

The back can suffer if the exercise is done improperly. This is because of the vulnerable positioning. That's why its imperative that you start off with very light weight.

And only increase the intensity as you build more strength.

Bottom Line

The take home message is that these body building exercises are old school, but still the essential workouts that'll help increase your size and strength.

These bodybuilder exercises are timeless.

They're also very hard to perform. So its best that you only do them once you build up enough strength.

As always, you need to leave your ego at the door. Start off with very low weight, and only increase weight as you build some muscle and strength.

Don't forget, take vitamin and supplement wisely. Besides D-Bal, my favorite is Testogen GNC testosterone booster. Both supplements are very helpful for accelerating muscle building.
